Concert Bands
There are over 150 students in three concert bands at Aden Bowman Collegiate. All concert bands rehearse during the regular day schedule. Period 1 for grade 9 & 10 bands and period 5 for Senior concert band
Jazz Bands
Two jazz bands rehearse and perform throughout the year. Grade 9 & 10 junior jazz meets Mondays from 3:30-4:15. Grade 10-12 senior jazz rehearses every Tuesday and from 3:30-4:15. Jazz studies is offered at the 10, 20 & 30 level.
Guitar
A.B.C.I. currently offers guitar @ three levels. Guitar 10, Guitar 20 and Guitar 30. There are 4 classes being offered during the 2019-2020 school year.
Classes are running at full capacity and there are waiting lists. Be sure to sign up for this class sooner than later! Students will learn notation, tab, picking and finger style guitar playing. Students have the opportunity to do open tests and work on assignments on their favorite guitar player.
Choir
Aden Bowman Choir meets three times per week from 7:50 a.m.-8:40 a.m and at lunch hour. The choir goes on spring tour each year. See Mrs. Sandbeck for further details.
